Career acceleration
Portfolio work across sports innovation, community outreach, events, and content — experience you can put on a resume and in interviews.
CAPITAL FORGE LEAGUE
Become a Capital Forge League Ambassador and help veteran-athletes turn discipline, leadership, and ideas into ventures and career opportunities.
Purpose
Capital Forge League is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit built on a competition-based educational model. Students, athletes, and veterans don't sit in the stands — they forge real ventures inside a stadium system with mentorship, curriculum, and career pathways.
Ambassadors are the connective tissue. You help veteran-athletes and student leaders find the doorway into CFL, welcome them onto the field, and make sure discipline, leadership, and ideas turn into ventures and opportunities — not just another flyer on a campus board.
This is educational contribution with real initiatives — Game Day, showcases, NIL literacy, sports innovation projects — not hypothetical "brand ambassador" fluff.

The Work
Concrete contributions — recruit, represent, host energy, tell stories, and plug people into real CFL initiatives.
Founding Ambassador seats are reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply when you're ready.

Logistics
Designed for people who already train, study, or work — serious contribution, flexible structure.
Fall and Spring flexible cadence. Focus weeks around Game Day and showcases; quieter weeks for outreach and content.
Optional summer intensive tracks when funding and programming allow — deeper project ownership in a shorter window.
Remote and hybrid where possible. Select Game Day and showcase moments may require on-site presence.
Honesty First
Ambassador positions are educational program roles. Depending on funding and the specific seat, participation may be volunteer, stipend, or course-credit. A stipend is paid only when donor funds are available and is never guaranteed. Details are discussed during selection.
There is no guaranteed employment after the role. Do not treat this as a job offer or a promise of future pay. We will be clear about what is available before you commit.
