Elite Operators × Elite Competitors = Elite Founding Teams
Capital Forge League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides experiential entrepreneurship education by pairing military veterans with athletes as co-equal partners to learn high-performance business skills together.
"We're not building the next generation of retired athletes. We're building the next generation of business leaders with real-world entrepreneurial experience." — Capital Forge League
The Capital Forge League (CFL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness through competitive, game-based programming. Our model is built on pairing military veterans and athletes — student, active professional, and retired from leagues including the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, WNBA, MLS, NASCAR, and more — as co-equal partners, fostering a dynamic partnership rather than a mentorship hierarchy.
"We're not building the next generation of retired athletes. We're building the next generation of company owners." — Capital Forge League
CFL's core model is a structured educational partnership between military veterans and athletes — student, active professional, and retired from all major sports leagues. Veterans bring operational discipline and strategic leadership, while athletes provide competitive drive, professional brand and visibility. They are matched through a competitive selection process as equal partners to develop business skills through hands-on venture simulation
CFL operates as an educational competition platform that pairs veterans and athletes for experiential learning rather than a traditional mentorship program. We facilitate structured educational challenges that develop real-world business skills. Note that CFL is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; all formal capital formation occurs exclusively through StateCF.com, an independent regulated entity.
"Athletes bring the brand. Veterans bring the backbone. Together, they bring the revenue."
Capital Forge League is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization. Our programs are built around education, competition, and community development — not capital formation.
CFL does not facilitate securities offerings, hold investor funds, or act as a funding portal or investment adviser. We are an educational competition organization, full stop.
All CFL competitions, rankings, scoring, and awards are components of an educational, game-based program. Nothing we do constitutes an investment recommendation, endorsement, or financial advice.
StateCF.com is an independent, licensed intermediary. CFL and StateCF.com are legally and operationally distinct entities. Any capital formation activity is conducted solely by StateCF.com under their own regulatory framework.
Contributions to CFL support our general charitable educational programs. Donations are not investments and carry no expectation of financial return.
Every CFL initiative, educational program, and participant experience is guided by these foundational principles.
1. Transparent operations — no hidden agreements
2. Founder dignity — we never exploit participants
3. Educational integrity — programs are learning-first
4. Community focus — Florida-first mission
5. Conflict of interest disclosure — full transparency always
6. Data privacy — participant information is protected
7. Ongoing accountability — periodic nonprofit audits
