Develop social media campaigns, create promotional materials for Game Day events, design university partnership content, and track engagement analytics.
Create athlete health education content, research wellness strategies for veteran-athlete founders, and support Game Day health programming.
Research corporate sponsorship prospects, support donor outreach, develop university partnership proposals, and manage CRM records.
Plan and execute Game Day Series events, coordinate with university athletic departments, manage registrations, and handle on-site logistics.

15 hours per week during Fall and Spring semesters β typically 2β3 days per week with flexible scheduling around your coursework. Summer sessions available for those who want more intensive experience.
CFL operates across multiple cities of United States. Some roles are hybrid or remote-friendly. Game Day events require on-site presence at university campuses across Nation.
Mentorship from CFL leadership and veteran founders. Portfolio-building projects you can show employers. Hands-on experience with Game Day events, NIL education programming, and financial literacy curriculum.

A 15-minute call with our team to learn more about your background and answer your questions about the program.
A 45-minute in-person or video interview. Come ready to talk about your experience, your interest in veteran-athlete entrepreneurship, and what you'd bring to CFL.
You may submit a short 1β2 minute video introducing yourself and sharing why you want to intern with CFL. This is completely optional but encouraged β it helps us get to know you beyond the resume.
