Capital Forge League is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization. Our programs are built around education, competition, and community development โ not capital formation.
Mark Jones serves as Founder and CEO of Capital Forge League (501(c)(3) nonprofit) and as Founder and CEO of Sprowtt, Inc., which operates StateCF.com (a registered funding portal under Florida Statute ยง517.0611).
