501(C)(3) NONPROFIT

CFL Nonprofit Compliance

Capital Forge League is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization. Our programs are built around education, competition, and community development — not capital formation.

We Are Not a Broker-Dealer

CFL does not facilitate securities offerings, hold investor funds, or act as a funding portal or investment adviser. We are an educational competition organization, full stop.

Education-Only Programs

All CFL competitions, rankings, scoring, and awards are components of an educational, game-based program. Nothing we do constitutes an investment recommendation, endorsement, or financial advice.

Separate from StateCF.com

StateCF.com is an independent, licensed intermediary. CFL and StateCF.com are legally and operationally distinct entities. Any capital formation activity is conducted solely by StateCF.com under their own regulatory framework.

Donations Support Education

Contributions to CFL support our general charitable educational programs. Donations are not equity investments and carry no expectation of financial return.
